During Winter LuMi dining has the pleasure to host a series of lunches and dinner in collaboration with a number of Chefs from all over Australia.

The Chefs will tell you about their past and their future trough culinary creations.

First Chef starting this collaboration with Federico and his team is Clayton Wells, ex chef at Momofuku Seiobo and soon to open Automata in Sydney.

Two lunches on the 12th and on the 26th of April, the chefs will create an 8 courses menu, offering to their guests new dishes.
