For all reservations we require a valid credit card to secure the booking. Unfortunately our experience dictates that we must take this precaution.

Should you need to cancel or change your reservation or reduce guest numbers

we require 48 hours notice or you will incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the menu per person.

We will only accept cancellations made over the phone with an operator or via email.

LuMi reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations at its discretion.

We cannot guarantee table requests as we allocate

on the day according to table configurations and booking date.


Bookings for 8 or more guests must be made with the restaurant directly

Maximum guests on 1 table is 10 guests.

A booking form will be emailed to you after you send your enquiry, it must be completed and returned to us at your convenience.


For bookings of 8 or more we process a deposit of 50% of the cost of the selected menu per person.

If the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the booking the full deposit will be refunded.

If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours no refund will be issued.

If you no-show for your booking, or reduce the number of guest with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the menu per person will apply.


For groups of 6 or more guests a 10% service charge will be applied on your final bill.

LuMi is also available for exclusive hire and all deposits taken are non refundable.


Number of guests is intended for adults only.

You are more then welcome to bring children but please be aware that we do not have high chairs and that pram space may be limited.

All children must be supervised and stay seated in respect to the other diners experience.

You can let us know regarding the number of children and their age on the booking comment. Children up to 10 years old can choose more simple dishes from the menu with a minimum spend of $75. 


Credit Card Surcharge
 Please note a variable surcharge will be applied to all credit and debit card payments.

Public Holiday Surcharge
Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday a surcharge of 15% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.


Dress Code: LuMi’s dress code is smart casual. We ask that you please refrain from wearing sports clothing or beachwear, including sleeveless t-shirts and flip-flops.


If you will be using a gift voucher please state the number of the voucher in the note box at the time of the booking.


We only accept  E Gift Cards purchased for LuMi trough Now Book It or from the Sydney Restaurant Group website that are specific for LuMi and purchased before the 1st of July 2020 ( no multi venue vouchers are accepted).



We do not accept Good Food Gift Card or Best Restaurant Gift Cards.
